The Angus third pounder, especially the deluxe one, is GREAT! It looks nothing at all like that stupid picture accompanying this article. The dark green lettuce, the red onions, all contribute to the very very good taste. A quarter pounder does not even compare...these third pounders, at least at the McDonald’s I go to, compare to a hamburger perfectly grilled in a backyard.

McDonald’s always had a smaller leaner bun in the form of salad sandwich. No it is not a sandwich as the name says. It is a burger, giving choice to healthy eaters.
It is better to visit the meat processing plant, which provides Angus patties to McDonald’s. They give better idea of how a food chain operates at the back-end, especially with its special ingredients
